LED solar street light installation in the early stage of how to do the preparatory work
In order to regulate the packaging of LED solar street lights, operators must strictly implement the following packaging requirements.
1、Preparation line
Refer to the LED solar street light packing list to choose the appropriate specifications of the sheathing line (in general, the solar cell module sheathing line selected 2 × 2.5mm2, light source sheathing line selected 2 × 1.5mm2) and determine the length of each heel sheathing line.
Sheath line length determination: from the LED solar street light structure on the general assembly diagram to measure the required length of each sheath line. Solar cell component sheathing line, in its connection with the solar cell component end to leave enough margin, the other end must be long and the bottom of the flange. Light source sheathing line in its connection with the light source end has enough margin, the other end must be long and the bottom of the flange.
2、Package of the upper light pole assembly
1) Pre-wire fine wire
The 16 gauge wire will be threaded into the upper light pole assembly, and leave a 300mm margin at each end of the upper light pole assembly, and the thin wire at the bottom of the upper light pole will be bent with a hook using wire cutters.
2) Put on the sheathing wire
Will have prepared the solar cell module line (component line connected to the controller end of the red line in advance with insulation tape paste insulation, insulation tape wrapped around 2 layers) connected to the end of the battery module with wire strippers to peel off 30mm line skin, the wire core from the thin wire hook through and then folded back to tighten the core, and then use insulation tape to fix the core and thin wire firmly, twitch the top of the light pole wire will bring out the component line and leave out 500mm ~ 1000mm (according to the shape of the upper light pole components to determine) margin, the assembly line at the bottom of the upper light pole is coiled with 200mm nylon tie and put into the upper light pole, the assembly line at the top of the upper light pole fixed on the pole. Be careful not to break the skin of the wire during the threading process.
3) Marking the sheathing wire
Peel off the sheathing wire at the lower end of the upper pole and peel off the sheathing skin with a length of about 200mm, then make the "solar cell module" mark on both ends of the sheathing wire of the solar cell module, and make sure the mark is clear and not easy to fall off.
Note: 1.
1, the solar cell module sheathing line is generally two, so in the pre-wire should be pre-wire two wire, and then one by one to wear the sheathing line. After wearing each solar cell module sheathing wire, immediately mark both ends of the sheathing wire and fix the top end.
2, the sheath line, the blue wire core indicates the negative pole, the red wire core for the positive pole. This rule applies to the solar street light connection.
4) Wrap and tie the upper light pole assembly
Wrap the light pole assembly with air film cushion of width 1500px, the crimped part of air film cushion is one-sixth of its width (i.e. 250px), the joint of air film cushion needs to be wrapped with distant power tape for 3 turns, and then wrapped with straw rope with a spacing of 100±10mm.
3、Packaging of light pole components
1) Fill in the street light nameplate neatly and accurately with steel printing font, and the handwriting is clear. Specific installation methods see the "selection, typing and installation specifications of the lighting workshop nameplate.
2)Pre-wire fine wire
Put 16-gauge wire into the lower pole assembly and leave a 300mm margin at each end of the lower pole assembly. Bend a hook with wire cutters at the bottom end of the lower light pole.
3) Wear sheathing wire
The light source line has been prepared to connect the light source end with a wire stripper to strip 30mm line skin, the core from the lower end of the light pole components through the thin wire hook and then folded back to tighten the core, and then use insulating tape to fix the core and thin wire firmly, pump the top of the light pole wire will light source line out and leave a 1200mm ~ 1800mm margin (based on the structure of the light arm to determine), the light source at the bottom end of the lower light pole The light source wire at the bottom of the lower pole will be put into the lower pole assembly after the wire is coiled, and the light source wire at the top of the lower pole will be fixed on the pole, so as not to break the wire skin during the threading process. Finally, put a thin wire in the lower light pole and leave a 300mm margin at each end of the lower light pole assembly and fix the wire.
4) Mark the wire
Peel off the sheathing wire at the lower end of the lower light pole assembly with a length of about 200mm, and then make a "light source XXW" mark on both ends of the sheathing wire of the solar cell assembly, and make sure the mark is clear and not easy to fall off.
5) Wrapping and tying down the light pole assembly
Wrap the light pole assembly with 1500px wide air film pad, the crimped part of the air film pad is one-sixth of its width (i.e. 250px), and the joint of the air film pad needs to be wrapped with distant power tape for 3 turns, and then wrapped with straw rope with a spacing of 100±10mm.
4、Packing light arm assembly
Wrap the light arm assembly with air film pad of 1500px width, the crimped part of air film pad is one-sixth of its width (i.e. 250px), the joint of air film pad needs to be wrapped with distant power tape for 3 turns, and then wrapped with straw rope, the spacing is 80±10mm.
5、Packing solar cell module angle steel frame
Wrap the air film mat with a width of 1500px around the corner steel frame of solar cell module, the crimped part of the air film mat is one-sixth of its width (i.e. 250px), and the joint of the air film mat should be wrapped with distant power tape for 3 turns, and then wrapped with straw rope with a spacing of 100±10mm.
1) Put the assembled and debugged luminaire into the original packing box, and then seal the box with far-side power tape. When sealing the box, first seal the middle of the box with the distant power tape, and then seal the tape once in the vertical direction with the sealed tape. 80mm from the top edge on both sides of the distant power tape, positioned in the middle of the box, requiring the end of the distant power tape to be flush, and finally use the packing machine to beat a circle of packing tape at 200±20mm from each end of the box.
2) Fill in the product model and quantity on the label with a marker, and stick the label in the center of the long side of the packing box.
6、Battery and battery compartment packaging
The battery compartment (with battery inside) will be dried and the sheathing wire leading from the threading hose will be coiled and fastened to the threading hose with nylon ties. Then use the appropriate air film cushion to wrap the threading hose and sheathing wire and nylon ties to tighten. The two poles of the sheathing line are wrapped with insulating tape.
7、Packaging of solar cell module
The solar cell module packaging adopts special packaging for solar cell of Yixin Electric.
8、Other accessories packaging
Other accessories are: bolts, nuts and flat washers used for fixing solar cell module, bolts used for connecting upper and lower light pole components, bolts, nuts, flat washers and spring washers used for fixing solar cell module angle frame, controller and controller protection box, hatch key (triangle lock key), manual, warranty card packing list and other standard parts.
Refer to the LED solar street light packing list to receive accessories and will be sorted into plastic packaging bags, and then put into the accessories box. Encapsulate the accessory box.
Put the tested controller (inverter) into the original package and then seal it with the Far Power tape and then put it into the accessory box; put the manual, certificate of conformity, warranty card, packing list into the bag and then put it into the top of the accessory box.
